Our extrusions suite is ClearSpan specific. The suite is augmented where appropriate by premium 3rd party door and window systems.

Extrusion Materials
The MK3 has a 26mm polyamide thermal break and is extruded in various grades of aluminium alloy to tolerances as defined in EN 12020. Each specifically chosen for a combination of architectural and structural properties but allows the extrusion of complex, intricate shapes. i.e.6060 T6, 6082 T6.

Extrusion Design
The MK3 thermally broken system is designed to comply with BS4873:2004 specification for aluminium alloy windows. All beads and gaskets are designed in compliance with BS6262:1982 code of practice for glazing for buildings.

Extrusion Performance
Tested to BS6375-1:2004. Performance of windows doors.
